Karen is an ABSOLUTE GEM - where can I start.... We went away for 2 weeks and this was my first time using Trusted House Sitters. I was so apprehensive, as not only was I leaving my fur child with someone but also my beloved home. From the absolute outset Karen was so easy to communicate with, she was forthcoming, helpful and exceptionally friendly and lovely. She was on time and even offered to take us to the airport - which was so unexpected and appreciated. Karen left my home spotless - and to say that she treated "Willi", my little pup, as her own, is an understatement. She sent regular updates and was ALWAYS easy to reach out to. She offered video calls and looked after him with absolute love, care and attention. The house was SPOTLESS on my return, and Karen had even washed the bedsheets, which was so kind and thoughtful. If you want someone reliable, polite, organised and who you can trust IMPLICITLY with your fur baby and home, Karen is your lady! Willi was so happy when we returned and I could tell he had enjoyed a stress-free time while we were away. Thank you Karen for being such a delight, I would NOT HESITATE to have Karen stay again, she was just fabulous.
